Room and participant lists

Pass limit from 1 to 100; the default is 50. Use pageInfo.endCursor as the next request's cursor.

Stop when hasNextPage is false. Treat cursors as opaque values.

Webhook and delivery lists

Use limit from 1 to 100 and offset from 0 to 100,000. Defaults are 50 and 0.

Delivery lists use deliveries instead of endpoints. Increment offset by the requested limit until you reach the total.
